Playgroup NSW contracted Heather Marano initially to review our digital approach and develop a new digital strategy for our organisation in July 2014 and has since retained her to support our media relations and other digital and marketing services. We wanted to be able to provide in-house media and presentation training for our staff and clients. Previously we had done this out of house, which was costly and lacking in consistency and flexibility.

We approached Green Door Co to manage an awards campaign for us for the 2017 Excellence in Franchising Awards. The goal was to win or be shortlisted for the awards to help us further build our profile as a leader in the Australian franchising industry to support the launch of our end-to-end franchising software brand, Franchise Cloud Solutions.
