Here is the latest information on the awards programs which are now open as well as updates on those which have been extended or postponed.

Awards open now

My Business Awards
The My Business Awards is the longest-standing business awards program in Australia. It recognises the achievements of Australia’s best business operators.
These awards open on 24 September and close 23 October

Women in Law Awards
These awards are the benchmark for excellence, celebrating and recognising the outstanding women influencing the Australian legal profession.
These awards are open now and close 16 October

Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards
The Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards are an international business awards competition that are open to all organisations in the 29 nations of the Asia-Pacific region. The focus of the awards is on recognising innovation in all its forms.
There is usually a cost for entry.
These awards are open now. Early bird entries close 18 November 2020.

Australian Achiever Awards
An Australian Achiever Award gives you the opportunity to take full advantage of the loyalty and appreciation you get from your happy customers, extending their endorsement and influence to an even wider market. This award requires you to provide four customer references and one supplier reference and does not have a written component.

Local Business Awards
The Local Business Awards acknowledge and celebrate great local businesses who go above and beyond providing an exceptional customer service experience.
These awards are open year round, check out the schedule for your area.

Women in Business Awards (QLD)
These awards recognise and honour outstanding women making a difference in business across Queensland.
Entries open and close at different times throughout the year depending on your area within QLD, so check the website for key dates.

Telstra Business Women’s Awards
For two decades, the Telstra Business Women’s Awards have recognised and celebrated outstanding business women for their remarkable spirit, achievements and leadership.
Entries usually open in September each year. Dates for 2020 are yet to be announced. We will keep you posted if these are postponed

Top10 Dynamic Entrepreneurs
The Top10 Dynamic Entrepreneurs celebrate Australia’s leading entrepreneurs in the start-up space, recognising the brightest talents in the industry.

Australian Small Business Champion Awards
The Australian Small Business Champion Awards is the pinnacle of business success. They seek to acknowledge the hard work that business owners contribute to the local community as well as the Australian economy.

Postponed awards

AFR Women of Influence
The Australian Financial Review’s Women of Influence program is committed to increasing the visibility of women’s leadership in Australia, highlighting the important contribution women make in creating a bold and diverse future for Australia.
The awards have been postponed for 2020 and will return in 2021

Global Freight Awards (International)
The Global Freight Awards are the industry’s flagship awards rewarding and celebrating excellence across all sectors of freight.
The awards have been postponed for 2020 and will return in 2021. Lloyd’s List is instead running a special awards program this year – more info here

Westpac Businesses of Tomorrow (National)
Westpac Businesses of Tomorrow is a national awards program designed to celebrate exceptional organisations shaping the future of business and making valuable contributions to their industry, customers and community. Westpac awards 200 businesses each year to celebrate their achievements.
The awards have been postponed for 2020 and will return in 2021

EY Entrepreneur of the Year (National)
The EY Entrepreneur Of The Year program recognises and celebrates the spirit and contribution of exceptional entrepreneurs.
Entries will now open in September/October and will close in May 2021 (extended due to COVID-19)

Telstra Business Awards (National)
For 27 years, the Telstra Business Awards have been a hub for Australia’s remarkable small and medium-sized businesses to gather, explore their dreams, celebrate their achievements and to become ‘that’ business. There is no cost for entry.
The awards have been postponed for 2020 and will return in 2021

NSW Business Chamber Awards (NSW)
These awards recognise and reward outstanding businesses in NSW whose passion, determination, and innovation inspire other businesses to strive for success. Keep an eye out at their website for more information on the 2021 awards which are likely to open from February.
