Open to all retail banks operating in Asia-Pacific, the ABF Retail Banking Awards program features categories covering retail products, digital banking initiatives, customer experience enhancements, and more.

The Australian Business Award for Cusomer Service Excellence [CSX] recognises organisations that have successfully implemented initiatives that demonstrate leadership and commitment to customer service excellence.

The Excellence in Customer Service Award will be given out for superior performances in the past 12 months. Nominees will select an award category and their industry. Consultants, outsource partners and technology providers can choose either the industry they specialize in or their own industry.

The Customer Impact Award recognises the outstanding achievements of people working in Local Government customer service. The award celebrates the individual or team initiative, or program, that has achieved significant service improvement and assisted to deliver more engaging, meaningful and relevant customer experiences . It is open to individuals, as well as teams across all Council departments that interact with customers and play a role in delivering customer experiences.

The Local Business Awards acknowledge and celebrate great local businesses who go above and beyond providing an exceptional customer service experience.

The Quality Service Award Australia recognises and awards companies that deliver outstanding customer service in Australia. The Winners Showcase highlights which companies have gone above and beyond their customer service expectations.

Roy Morgan Research collects customer satisfaction ratings from ongoing Single Source surveys in Australia, New Zealand & Indonesia. (Over 50,000 consumers and 12,000 business decision-makers annually, for example.) This data is used to determine the monthly and annual winners of the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards.

The Australian Achiever Customer Service Awards are given small to medium sized businesses that truly provide good customer service a responsible and credible way to showcase this commitment. With an overall score of 80% or more, a business can use the widely recognised and respected Australian Achiever logo in all their advertising and marketing campaigns, giving them a tangible competitive advantage.

The Australian Services Excellence Awards (ASEAs) are Australia’s premier customer service awards program, attracting hundreds of nominations each year and culminating with attendees coming together each year at the ASEAs Gala Dinner to recognise best practice, performance and innovation in customer service, highlighting their importance in today’s business climate.

The Noongar Chamber of Commerce and Industry Customer Service Excellence Award provides recognition for an organisation that has achieved outstanding results through key initiatives that demonstrate leadership and commitment to excellence in customer service. Entry to this Award is open to all organisations across the corporate, government, community and not-for-profit sectors in Australia that have a significant footprint in Western Australia.

Tweed Business Excellence Awards (BEATS) showcase, promote and unite businesses within the Tweed Shire, by recognising excellence in innovation, productivity and customer service.
