Apex Australia Teenage Fashion & Arts (AATFA) Youth Festival is a unique opportunity for secondary students interested in the fashion or design industries to demonstrate their skill and flair through a friendly competition. In conjunction with secondary schools throughout Australia, Apex provides students with the opportunity to design, manufacture and model their own fashion garments. This award has been postponed until further notice.

The Australian Hair Fashion Awards (AHFA) is Australia’s largest, longest running and most successful independent hairdressing awards program; dedicated to annually awarding and celebrating the best of Australian/New Zealand's talent in the Hair Fashion industry. The program has been growing steadily each year, and attracts hundreds of entries from salons and individuals across Australia and New Zealand. Entries are judged by a panel of international industry professionals, each of whom brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the judging process.
The Future Leader Awards, presented by Digiday, Glossy, Modern Retail, and Worklife recognize the next generation of leaders across media and marketing, fashion, beauty, and retail.
Fashion Awards Australia allows contestants to show off their skills and creative flare in the design and construction of clothing. The fashion event held each year features many talented young designers from secondary schools, TAFEs and professional designers- giving them the opportunity to experience backstage fashion whilst pushing forward the recognition of Australian textile design.
Representing both the local and global spheres, this award event celebrates and promotes wool in all of its dimensions, and all stages of production. Fleece to Fashion invites everyone to celebrate the compelling story of Australian merino wool production and its esteemed presence within the top fashion and textile manufacturing capitals across the world.
Launched in 2020, the National Indigenous Fashion Awards (NIFA), provide a vibrant and exciting platform to celebrate the innovation, diversity and ethical practices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists and fashion designers, whilst contributing to the capacity building of the sector.
