40 Under 40 Most Influential Asian-Australians Awards aim to reshape the debate and confront Australia’s “bamboo ceiling” – the underrepresentation of Asian-Australians in leadership positions. As communities, companies and governments rethink and reshape leadership for the post-pandemic world, now is the time to celebrate the powerful contribution of Asian-Australians to this country. The awards will recognise the contributions and impact of emerging young leaders. Recipients in this category demonstrate a record of ongoing excellence and growth in their relevant industry, field, sector or community. Applicants in this category must be born after 1 November 1997 to be eligible.
