The prestigious Academy of Chocolate Awards sought to identify, recognise and showcase the world’s most talented chocolate producers and finest chocolates.

The Asia-Pacific Bean-to-Bar and Craft Chocolatier Competition celebrates the work of craft chocolate makers creating chocolate bars from traceable fine cacao, and craft chocolatiers using chocolate with an identifiable and traceable cacao source. By helping to promote traceable chocolate, we aim to support the work of cacao farmers producing fine cacao and create a more sustainable market for high-end specialty cacao.

Australia’s Best Pie and Pastie Competition judges will be put to the test to establish during three days of competition, who has Australia’s Best Pie and Australia’s Best Pastie.

The annual delicious. Harvey Norman Produce Awards unearths and champions Australia’s best primary and artisan food producers. Since 2005, the produce awards has been at the forefront of recognising the unsung heroes behind our top chefs and restaurateurs – Australia’s finest producers – and educating readers and consumers why it’s so important to #knowyourproducer.

The Drink Easy Awards are a celebration of Australian drinks and the culture that surrounds brewing, distilling and fermenting. Each year apprentice bakers and pastry cooks from all over Australia compete for the prestigious national title Excellence in Baking. The State Finalists will compete at the Baking Industry Trade Show in Melbourne for the coveted role and the official announcement of National Winners will be made at the Excellence in Baking Awards Night or better known as A Night with the Champions!!

The Australian International Olive Awards (AIOA) is one of the newest and most comprehensive olive oil and table olive competitions in the world. Each year the Royal Agricultural Society of Tasmania (RAST) hosts the annual Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards. This event brings many judges from all over Australia (local and interstate), together to find our country’s best produce. Established in 1995, our Fine Food Awards is one of the most respected and longest running food awards in Australia.
