Heather launched Heather Marano Freelance Consulting, a PR, social and content consultancy for SMEs, in 2014. Now Green Door Co, the business has rapidly expanded and supports several clients across a range of industries. Heather thrives on helping these organisations achieve their strategic goals.
Heather has previously worked in a series of public relations, digital and communications roles both in-house and in an agency for both private and not-for-profit organisations.
In her spare time you’ll find Heather playing bass, reluctantly boot camping or speculating Jon Snow’s true origins.
Clare Gull is the PR Specialist at Green Door Co. She lives and breathes PR and is a storyteller at heart.
With over ten years experience in both London and Sydney, Clare has worked across a range of industries from banking and insurance to aviation and tourism and food and drink, winning a few awards along the way.
Clare works closely with clients to maximise their reputation in the media and among key stakeholders and at the end of the day, create a campaign that delivers real business results.
When she’s not dreaming up PR campaigns, Clare enjoys paddle-boarding and practicing yoga (but not at the same time!) and spends the rest of her free time hunting out spectacular sunsets across the globe.
Caragh landed herself a gig in advertising straight after university, propelling her into a unique environment where she learnt how to creatively solve business issues. After working on several brands within the Coke portfolio, she headed to Westfield where she gained immeasurable experience on the links between retail and digital.
Since then, she’s worked as the National Marketing Manager for Hire A Hubby – helping franchisees build their local brand as well as for the overall business nationwide.
On the weekends you’ll find Caragh painting (not well) or walking her favourite rescue pup, Doug the Dog!
Alexandra is the Marketing Consultant at Green Door Co and a total digital enthusiast!
With a passion for engaging people online, Alex loves finding out the best ways that brands can communicate with their audience. She enjoys creating content and forming social media and marketing strategies, and developing a client’s online presence, all while ensuring a consistently branded voice.
When she’s not trawling social media or putting the kettle on for another cup of tea, you’ll find her out walking and listening to a podcast, or curled up reading a great book.
Tessa’s professional background is in digital ad operations and music publicity. After working as Digital Campaign Manager in a B2B publishing house for just under two years, Tessa was drawn to the prospect of working in marketing across a broad array of portfolios and industries.
With a fondness for problem solving and writing, and an eagerness to make an impact on the marketing world, Tessa joined Green Door Co. Tessa is driven to help clients meet their digital marketing goals.
In her spare time, Tessa likes to work her creative muscle by making and altering clothes and cooking!
Annalise’s professional experience organising content and acquiring speakers for professional development conferences sees her bring her passion for writing and research to Green Door Co.
After spending 6 years encouraging leading industry professionals to share their knowledge with colleagues, Annalise chose to change direction and channel her energy into helping organisations establish strong marketing and PR strategies to achieve their business profiling goals.
In her spare time, Annalise loves to chase her rescue Kelpie, Cessna and bake sweet treats!
